Five Habits of a Confident
Woman - by Suzanne Fetting
Confidence
is extremely important in every aspect of our lives, yet so
many people struggle to find it. Self-limiting beliefs, fear
and bad habits hold us back from achieving optimal success
and the living the life we have dreamed about.
Being confident changes everything!
Your relationships with people, how you communicate with others,
your ability to get what you want from life, a much more successful
working environment.
Have you ever noticed the girl
that walks into the room and everyone notices her? People
are attracted to her and she easily strikes up conversations
with anyone in the room.
SHE IS CONFIDENT!
When a confident person enters a room, people notice.
They exude and project self-assurance and happiness. That
confident person can introduce themselves to anyone, and engage
everyone in conversation. They stand tall and proud and carry
themselves with confidence.
Here are Five Habits
of a Confident Woman:
Tip#1: Use Positive
Affirmations
Have several positive sentences that you repeat to
yourself many times. It's a very powerful way to program the
subconscious mind and create action. Use positive words to
describe what you want to have happen and say it with feeling
and conviction.
Tip#2: Remember People’s
Names
When you first meet someone ask for the person to repeat their
name, so that you can connect the name to the person. Say
their name as often as possible, and repeat it to yourself
inside your head 5 times. If their name is unusual, ask how
they spell it and where it is comes from.
